Brittain's Clean Car Club Unlimited Supreme Express Washes Terms and Conditions
1. This is a no contract program.
2. Brittain’s Express Car Wash will charge to the authorized guest’s credit cards account $23.00 at time of purchase each month at a recurring rate until it is cancelled at place of purchase.
3. The Brittain’s Clean Car Club Unlimited Supreme Express Wash program is for residential use only. It is not valid for commercial vehicles, taxi’s, Uber, Lyft or any rideshare vehicles. Brittain’s Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel membership if the vehicle has been identified as a commercial vehicle.
4. There are no statements issued to the customer when the Brittain’s Clean Car Club payment bills each month.
5. Brittain’s Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel the Brittain’s Clean Car Club Unlimited Supreme Express Wash plan at any time for any reason.
6. Brittain’s Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel a guests unlimited plan membership if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system.
7. The corresponding RFID Brittain’s Clean Car Club sticker must be installed on the driver’s side windshield at the time of purchase by Brittain’s Express Car Wash authorized personnel.
8. Unauthorized use or tampering with RFID sticker will result in account termination.
9. One RFID vehicle transfer is allowed per year. All vehicle transfers must be performed by Brittain’s Express Car Wash authorized personnel.
10. Monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the place of purchase at least 30 days in advance.
11. Any Brittain’s Clean Car Club Unlimited Supreme Express Wash plan payments shall be payable and are non-refundable regardless of use.
12. Replacement RFID stickers are $5.00
13. Brittain’s Express Car Wash has the right to close due to equipment failure or inclement weather.
14. Limited to one (1) wash per membership, per day.
15. Brittain’s Express Car Wash has the right to refuse wash to excessively dirty vehicles.
